We are a platform that specializes in short-term housing solutions for traveling medical professionals. Anybody can offer their space for a stay ranging from one night to six months, then medical professionals can book them directly through our platform.
Why do you specialize only in short-term medical professional housing?
We have identified a major issue in the way that travelling medical professionals have to find accommodations. With hotels being incredibly expensive and attempting to rent homes for less than six months very difficult, we decided that homestays are the perfect solution!
How does Medical Pro Lodging Work?
If you are a medical professional, then you simply register for an account and provide your government-issued identification to be verified. Once verified, you can search through our platform to find the short-term housing for your needs. Then, you can book it directly.

Absolutely. We take every precaution to verify both guests and travelers using government-issued identification.
Why do you collect Occupancy Taxes?
At this time we are not collecting Occupancy Taxes, but we will in the near future

How do I make a booking on your platform?
You simply register for an account and provide your government-issued identification to be verified. Once verified, you can search through our platform to find the short-term housing for your needs.
When you find something you like, you can communicate with the owner before booking your stay. Once you have made your decision, you finalize the booking with PayPal's secure payment platform.
If you use the subscription method, we will send you a reminder before your next payment is processed.
Once you are paid and the booking is confirmed, you simply show up on the day agreed upon and enjoy your short-term stay!
Am I charged as a traveler?
In order to keep Medical Pro Lodging running efficiently and safely, we collect an 10% service fee that goes towards improving our platform, safety verifications, our support team and more.
Is there a minimum stay with Medical Pro Lodging?
No. You may stay for as little as one night.
There is a problem with the space I booked. What should I do?
If you have any issues with your host or their property including misrepresentation, safety issues, discrimination, hate speech, hazardous situations, harassment, violence, privacy concerns or more, please contact us immediately.
Our team will do everything to help you, including calling the local authorities if needed.
What is my medical work contract ends early?
We understand, sometimes things change! If you need to adjust the length of your stay, you can do so via the website. You can also communicate with your host to ensure they are aware of the changes.
Can I bring my children or pets during my stay?
Yes! Each host is able to set their own guest requirements, so just make sure that you find a booking that is child-friendly or pet-friendly!

How does Medical Pro Lodging work for hosts?
First, you register for an account and provide your government-issued identification to be verified. Once verified, you can list your space for stays through our listing portal. Travelling medical professionals can then find your space and contact you before booking.
Once they choose you, they will make their payment to confirm the reservation. You just have to prepare your space for their arrival and ensure that they have an enjoyable stay.
As soon as they check-in and confirm the space, we begin processing the payment to your account!
How does Medical Pro Lodging help me find travelers?
We have established a large network across the United States with medical professionals, healthcare organizations, staffing agencies, hospitals, clinics, medical schools and more.
We also market online, at major medical conferences, through our website and much more, driving more medical professionals to your listing.
How do I list my space for a short-term stay for medical professionals?
We have developed an incredibly intuitive listing process. You simply need to register and fill out the information in the listing section including property details, guest expectations, guest requirements, rules and then add pictures.
Once you have done so and confirmed your listing, traveling medical professionals can begin booking!
Can I list an unfurnished space for a stay?
No. Since all of our guests are staying for a short period of time, we require that each space is furnished with living amenities.
How can I ensure my guests are respectful?
Each travelling medical professional must submit government-issued ID which is then verified to ensure they are who they say they are. Then, they have a profile on our platform. After each stay, hosts write a review about their guests, which you can see before allowing them to book with you.
Any guests found not meeting our trust and safety guidelines are removed from the platform.
How do I communicate with my potential traveler?
Medical Pro Lodging offers direct communications within our platform, so that you can instantly message traveling medical professionals who are interested in your listing.
How should I prepare my space for a short-term medical professional stay?
In order to make each stay comfortable and enjoyable for your guests, we encourage you to clean thoroughly including changing all bedding. We also recommend to provide clean towels for guest.
While not necessary, having some available extras such as shower gel, toothpaste, coffee, tea, salt, pepper and other small things that people use on a daily basis can lead to more 5* reviews, helping you receive more bookings.
Can I decide which medical professionals come for a short-term stay with me?
Of course! When setting up your listing, you are able to set a list of guest expectations and requirements that let guests know what you expect from them. They also must communicate before booking, so you have a chance to read their profile and reviews.
Keep in mind that Medical Pro Lodging has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination, meaning that you cannot reject guests based on certain factors.
Can people book my place anytime they want?
Our platform includes a built-in platform that allows you set the available dates for your space. You are able to block out days that you cannot host, while also setting minimum stay amounts for your hosting convenience.
Does Medical Pro Lodging charge hosting fees?
In order to cover the cost of our marketing, credit card processing, client services and more, we collect a 5% fee from the total booking cost. This is automatically taken upon the guest making their payment.
